Background: 
A sixth-generation native of Jackson, GA, Mr. Jones founded JP Capital & Insurance in 2004 with the purpose of serving as the risk management advisor for the parent company, Jones Petroleum. Mr. Jones quickly saw the opportunity for expansion into the retail insurance brokerage market. Through hard work and dedication, Mr. Jones has built the start-up agency into an established insurance brokerage house founded on professionalism and client service.  

Before his career in insurance, Mr. Jones was a student-athlete at the University of Georgia. Mr. Jones was a four-year letterman for the University of Georgia Football team. A former walk-on, Mr. Jones was voted a Permanent Team Captain on the 2002 SEC Championship Team. His contributions to the team helped bring UGA their first SEC Championship in 20 years.

Mr. Jones is married to the former Miss Janice L. Boswell of Griffin, GA. They have two children, one daughter, Stella Owen Jones and one son, William Banks Jones. Burt enjoys water skiing, fishing, hunting, and attending sporting events with his family.

Background: 
Miss Natalie Jones is a sixth-generation native of Jackson, GA, and she currently resides in Butts County. Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of large client relationships pertaining to the wholesale, retail, and property management industries. Natalie also focuses on the development of new client relationships and the strategic growth of the agency. Her legal background is a vital resource to our firm regarding carrier contracts and agency acquisitions.

Natalie is an avid Auburn football fan and enjoys entertaining family and friends, decorating, and aerobics. Her outgoing personality and can-do attitude uplifts everyone around her.

Background: 
A native of Loganville, GA, Mr. Thomas has been active in the insurance industry since 2006. He has provided risk management advice and property-casualty insurance brokerage services as both a commercial producer and account manager since entering the business. Mr. Thomas has experience in a wide range of industries and remains committed to protecting his clients’ assets and effectively managing their risks.

Before his career in insurance, Mr. Thomas was a two-time letterman at the University of Georgia Football Team and a member of the 2002 SEC Championship Team. A former walk-on, Mr. Thomas started at Fullback for the Bulldogs for two years and was the recipient of the Georgia Football Senior Scholar Award.

Mr. Thomas resides in Athens, GA. He is the son of Randy and Vickie Thomas of Loganville, GA, and has one sister, Maegan. Maegan is married to Jason Arrowood, and they have two sons, Mac and Mason . Jeremy enjoys spending time with his nephew, trout fishing, and attending sporting events.

Cindy is married to Derrick Austin, the Chief of Police for the City of Hampton. Her daughter, Jill has two boys, Michael and Andrew. Her youngest daughter Katie is in her third year at UGA.

Susan is a native of Lamar County and is married to Wayne Thompson who owns a bread route associated with Bimbo Bakeries. She has 2 daughters, Tara and Carissa, 5 sons, Ryan, Bailey, Austin, Caleb & Collin, a daughter-in-law, Kay, 2 grandsons, Hayden and Landon and another grandson on the way.
Interests include being a HUGE fan of her three youngest who play High School and Travel baseball and softball, an up and coming farm, handmade crafts, DIY projects and spending precious time with her family.

Though she was born in Mobile, Alabama when her father was stationed there while in the Army, Tracy has lived most of her life in Thomaston, Georgia. She is a seasoned insurance agent and goes above and beyond the call of duty to meet the needs of her clients and is dedicated and committed to establishing long term relationships with them.

Tracy is the mother of 3 sons, 2 daughters in law and has 3 grandchildren to whom she is completely devoted. She enjoys preparing meals for and spending time with family. She is a pianist who has served many years playing for churches, choirs, quartets and soloists. Going to the theatre, specifically the FOX, are special interests but her favorite performances are from her 8 year-old grandaughter in local plays, dance recitals, gymnastics recitals or other school functions.

Theresa Snead

A native of Lamar County Ga, Theresa began her insurance career in 2008 & specializes in personal lines risk management. Theresa utilizes her extensive experience and knowledge of the insurance industry to service her clients insurance needs. Her core values include honesty and integrity and she takes great pride in representing clients. Theresa’s goal is to build long lasting relationships with her customers. 

Theresa is married to Marcus Snead. She has two children, Dylan and Kinley. Dylan and Kinley attend school at Rock Springs Christian Academy. Theresa enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, spending time with family, shopping, and being outdoors.

Zachary is a third-generation Butts County native and currently resides in Jackson, Georgia. Zachary works in the legal department and is licensed in personal and commercial insurance.
 
Zachary is a 2015 graduate of Georgia State University and is currently attending law school in Atlanta. Zachary is married and enjoys fishing, hunting, and going to the gym.

A native of Tallahassee, FL, Callie began her professional career in the insurance industry in 2010 at one of the largest carriers providing insurance in the state of Georgia. She accumulated 5 years of experience with running financial statements, providing management reports, and managing various accounting activities before making the switch to the agency side of insurance.
 
Callie is married to Myles Liggin, a field claims adjuster for Auto-Owners insurance, and has one young son named Harris, born in 2016.

Rhonda Parsons

Originally from Eastman GA, Rhonda moved with her family to Pike County in 2005 where she began her career in the insurance industry. She specializes in customer care and service and welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone. Rhonda is licensed in Property and Casualty and is available to assist with servicing personal lines policies. She utilizes her Christian values to assure that our customers receive the service they deserve. 
 
Rhonda is married to Shane Parsons and has two daughters; Ashlyn, who attends the University of West Georgia School of Nursing and Allison, a Junior at Pike County High School. She is a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Griffin and lives in Concord.

Life long native of Griffin, Georgia. Ricky has spent his entire adult life developing, building and growing relationships within the community. Ricky served as the Music Pastor at Rock Springs Church for 12 years. Ricky serves on the Board at Rock Springs Christian Academy and is a mentor for 5th boys in the local public school system. Ricky was part owner of ShepherdCare Hospice and started the company from the ground up, and in just 3 short years, it became a very competitive hospice in central Georgia.
 
Ricky has one daughter, RyLeigh Shepherd, who is his heart and soul. He enjoys coaching RyLeigh's softball team. Ricky is an avid hunter and enjoys fishing and the outdoors. He has a genuine love for people and serving our community. Ricky enjoys going to UGA football games and loves the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks.
